General Terms of Sale and Cancellations

Welcome to Estudio 36. Below, we explain the terms and conditions governing the sale of our classes, workshops, and other services. By making a booking, you agree to the conditions detailed here.

Booking and Payment

Payment for classes and workshops is made at the time of booking. Once the payment is completed, the booking is automatically confirmed. Dates for workshops and classes are prearranged to ensure availability.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us through one of the following methods:

To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the start date of the class or workshop.

Refunds

In case of cancellation within the specified timeframe, a full refund of the paid amount will be issued. If the cancellation is made after this timeframe, no refund will be provided.

Experience Requirements

Some of our workshops or coworking activities may have specific prior experience requirements. These will be indicated in advance in the description of each workshop or activity. Please review these details before making your booking.

Modification of Terms

Estudio 36 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page, and the date of the last update will be reflected at the end of this document.
